ADR Case Management and Facilitation Services

The ADR Justice Centre’s specialised case management team coordinates the administration of ADR service requests and handles procedural and logistical aspects from start to finish. This entails identifying and suggesting suitable mediators at various stages of the process. Moreover, the team acts as a support system for parties, providing advice and details on available ADR services to help them choose the most suitable method for resolving their dispute. Through our intermediary role, the ADR Justice Centre initiates initial communications between parties, laying the foundation for eventual joint submission of mediation or conciliation requests
